A Cool Twitter Trick
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
I downloaded two free chapters of Joel Comm’s Twitter Power book today, and whilst on the site I noticed something interesting.
Towards the bottom of the page, Joel has a link that you can click that will send you to Twitter and automatically fills in a tweet for you. This is kind of a ReTweet request so that you share the information about his book promotion with your followers.
I thought this was pretty cool and could come in handy for my followers which is why I’m telling you about it now.
What do you think? Feel free to test it out by tweeting about this blog post, which should definitely provide your Twitter followers with some valuable information that I’m sure they’ll appreciate.
(To see how it’s done, just right-click on the link above and select “Copy Link Location” if you’re using Firefox or “Copy Shortcut” if you’re using Internet Explorer, then paste it in Word, Notepad or any text editor.
Let me know what you think in the comments section below. If you found this information useful and would like to read my future tips, subscribe to my RSS Feed, Newsletter or Follow Me on Twitter via the icon that you can see on the right hand side of this blog.
Cheers
Pete

Your trick doesn’t work when twitter says
“Twitter is over capacity.”
“Too many tweets! Please wait a moment and try again.”

Haha, Thanks for that Stephan. Unfortunately, no Twitter tricks will work when Twitter itself is having problems.
