The Guru’s Nightmare

How do you fancy the chance of winning a $20,000 Internet Marketing coaching spot with my mentor Alex Jeffreys?

To find out how, download and read this free report.

The Guru’s Nightmare

Alex is an established Internet Marketer that has already helped many of his students to quit their jobs and earn a living online.

A coach provides you with the accountability needed to get things done 10 times faster and they hold your hand every step of the way so that you ALWAYS know exactly what needs to be done next. There’s no second guessing yourself.

Imagine how powerful that would be in your business… having someone who can answer any of your questions and guide you step-by-step to your goal.

Alex himself also believes that you should have a mentor. In fact, over the last few years he has worked with many different coaches to help him get to where he is today. Mike Filsaime and Rich Schefren being two of Alex’s mentors during this time.

My Internet Marketing Coaching So Far

Hey guys,

Just a quick update to let you know how things are going with my mentoring program so far.

Other than learning how to plan out my work, which leads to getting a lot more done each day, believe me, the main thing I’ve had to do so far is to get this blog setup. If you read my other posts you will see that I’ve described exactly how you can do this for yourself in the Getting Started section.

My mentor is very big on the importance of list building. In fact he actually paid Mike Filsaime to teach him the best ways to do this. You may have heard the expression “the money is in the list”. This couldn’t be more true.

You can get a Free Report about list building written by my mentor here.

The next stage of my mentoring will be all about traffic generation. I can’t wait to learn more about this because without traffic, you have no customers and if you have no customers, there’s no money to be made.

A Cool Twitter Trick

I downloaded two free chapters of Joel Comm’s Twitter Power book today, and whilst on the site I noticed something interesting.

Towards the bottom of the page, Joel has a link that you can click that will send you to Twitter and automatically fills in a tweet for you. This is kind of a ReTweet request so that you share the information about his book promotion with your followers.

I thought this was pretty cool and could come in handy for my followers which is why I’m telling you about it now.

What do you think? Feel free to test it out by tweeting about this blog post, which should definitely provide your Twitter followers with some valuable information that I’m sure they’ll appreciate.

2 Weeks In

Well guys, I’m now 2 weeks into Alex Jeffreys’ coaching program and things are going well. Not only am I learning quite a lot, I’m also getting to know other members.

This has its benefits;

  • It’s always nice to make new friends
  • We get to learn from each other, providing free help for the areas that we’re good at and receiving help for the things we’re weaker at
  • It also provides us with the opportunity for possible future Adswaps and Joint Ventures. I’ll explain about this in another blog post shortly

One of the guys from the coaching that has been a great help so far is David Chamberlain. You can check out his blog here at http://davidchamberlain.net/.

I added him to my Skype and not only was he extremely helpful via the instant messenger, he also arranged a call with me so that we could have a chat about speeding up my progress. You have to take into account that he is also an up and coming Internet Marketer so can be really busy at times, yet he still took the time out to help me. That’s the genuine sort of guy that he is. Oh and did I mention that he was also extremely jet lagged at the time having just arrived back from an Internet Marketing Seminar in Las Vegas!

My Idol – Will Smith

I love just about everything that Will does. He is one of the most successful people on the planet. I came across this video compilation put together by ‘themindguru’ on YouTube. If you can spare just 10 minutes, it is definitely worth viewing. Will shares his great wisdom on life, success and happiness.

A lot of what Will mentions in this video is related to the information in the book The Secret.

Let me know what you think to the video by leaving your comments below.

Well…where do I start?

First I’ll introduce myself. My name is Pete Williams and I am 26 years old. Let me quickly summarise my career to date. Since leaving school (and not having a plan of what I wanted to do in life, I may add) I have worked in a bank, social services and a few IT Helpdesk positions, as well as studying Music Production and also qualifying as a Personal Trainer (Fitness).

The Personal Training qualification was my latest attempt to change my career to something that I enjoy doing everyday. You see there are two things that I enjoy doing in life, other than spending time with family and friends of course. They are working out in the gym, including following a healthy diet/lifestyle and also surfing the Internet. Because I enjoy keeping fit and nutrition so much I thought I’d enjoy helping others to do the same, but since getting the qualification and giving it a go it just wasn’t for me.

That left me with the Internet. Was there any way that I could make a career out of sitting in front of my PC at home? After a lot of research, I found the answer to this question to be yes! Many others are doing it, so why couldn’t I?
