Well…where do I start?

First I’ll introduce myself. My name is Pete Williams and I am 26 years old. Let me quickly summarise my career to date. Since leaving school (and not having a plan of what I wanted to do in life, I may add) I have worked in a bank, social services and a few IT Helpdesk positions, as well as studying Music Production and also qualifying as a Personal Trainer (Fitness).

The Personal Training qualification was my latest attempt to change my career to something that I enjoy doing everyday. You see there are two things that I enjoy doing in life, other than spending time with family and friends of course. They are working out in the gym, including following a healthy diet/lifestyle and also surfing the Internet. Because I enjoy keeping fit and nutrition so much I thought I’d enjoy helping others to do the same, but since getting the qualification and giving it a go it just wasn’t for me.

That left me with the Internet. Was there any way that I could make a career out of sitting in front of my PC at home? After a lot of research, I found the answer to this question to be yes! Many others are doing it, so why couldn’t I?

Since discovering that I could generate an income online, I’ve spent quite a lot of money on different products that all claim to have the answer but this just led to a case of information overload. I know a lot of different methods to make money, but I’m not sure how to apply it.

That brings us to today. I needed to take my knowledge that alone was getting me nowhere and find a way to turn it into an online business so that I could help others do the same.

The solution? A mentor. Who? Alex Jeffreys.

If you read this Alex, I’d like to thank you in advance for helping me change my life for the better. I know that if I want to be successful, I’m going to have to work hard for it but with the help of someone that is so passionate about what they do, I just know that I will succeed. Cheers fella!

I will be using this blog to document my journey. I hope many people will come back to read my post and follow me as I set up a profitable online business from scratch.
